I currently work in Best Buy in the Mobile Dept. Read tags... the Tag of a product lets you know how much any install is. If they charged you for the install when you went back in it means the salesmen didnt write it up right. And on your install form it states that we can remove products if you want but there is a installation removal fee.. you signed every document... go ahead and go to court they will say the same thing.
